SHIPPING POLICY
We will ship to you within 1-3 days (unless the item is made-to-order). Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for the completion of shipments. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Bluoscuro at contact@bluoscuro.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
Returned merchandise will be replaced with equivalent merchandise. (Please note, if you placed an order for original artwork, a replacement can be made but will not be an exact replica. We will remain in contact about production time.) Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
